Pastor Stephen Ajayi-Akinsulire is a passionate man of prayer, dedicated to service in the vineyard of the Lord. He’s the Pastor of RCCG Lifeline Connections. Fondly referred to as Pastor "SB", he is keen and ardent about enhancing people's relationship with the Lord. He is a loyalist to a fault, a diligent, persistent, efficient and sincere man of God. Pastor SB is skilled and knowledgeable in modern day technology, is a qualified IT specialist and has an advanced diploma in Ministry from Christ The Redeemer College UK.

Pastor Stephen is very rational in handling sensitive matters. Many are endeared to him because he is well-mannered (in words and actions) and is a good man with a godly heart. He has a deep knowledge about pastoral issues that feeds his keen mind in his approach to life and living.


Pastor Stephen is a spiritual mentor to many. He is brotherly to all in his dealings and always keeps things real. On a personal level, Pastor Stephen is, particularly considered to be a devotedly, supportive guardian. He is a result-oriented, trustworthy, focussed, sensitive, secure, and thoughtful individual. He is married to his dear wife Deaconess Folashade and they are blessed with many children..

Sister shade as she is fondly called, is not only a qualified and experienced Dental Hygienist practitioner and founder of Eramse African Dental Aid Foundation - a dental charity dedicated to bringing about Oral Health Care and Wellbeing to remote parts of Africa. Pastor Folashade is also a registered Counsellor with British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy, Association of Christian Counsellor.

As God’s handmaiden, Shade’s teachings and counselling are characterised by insightful understanding of the bible. She has passion for children and youths and want to see them achieve their God given purpose.
